Minutes (1925-1929), stock certificates (1925), journal and ledger (1925-1929), and correspondence and historical sketches (1925-1945) documenting a company organized in 1925 by Great Northern officials to transport freight and passengers by motor bus. The following year the company petitioned the Minnesota Railroad and Warehouse Commission to withdraw its operating application. The company was dissolved in 1929.

The Rexford, Mont., station of the Great Northern Railway was established in 1903. It was closed in 1972 when the railroad was rerouted due to the flooding of the area behind the Libby Dam.
